SMS Program Disclosure
There are two separate messaging programs, sent from two different numbers. They have different senders, different opt-in surfaces and different message frequencies, and you may be enrolled in one without being enrolled in the other.
- Program A — Provider service notifications, sent from a Provider's registered 10DLC number.
- Program B — HaulCommand sign-in verification codes, sent from HaulCommand's toll-free number.
Program A · Provider service notifications (10DLC)
HaulCommand powers transactional text messaging on behalf of waste-hauling and field-service businesses (each a "Provider") to their customers. Messages are service-related notifications about work you have ordered: order confirmations, delivery and pickup scheduling, driver arrival ("your driver has arrived"), swap and dump-run status, quote links, e-signature requests, invoice and payment notices, and replies from the Provider's dispatch team. Messages are sent from the Provider's registered 10DLC business number and identify the Provider by name.
Program A · Opt-in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text updates during a Provider's ordering process (online order form, quote request, or account setup with the Provider's staff). Consent to receive service messages is not a condition of purchase where prohibited. A confirmation message is sent on first enrollment.
Program A · Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your service activity — typically 2–8 messages per service event (order, delivery, swap, pickup, invoice). Recurring-service customers may receive messages each service cycle. No marketing messages are sent through this program unless you separately opt in with the Provider.
Program A · Opt-out (STOP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to your number from that Provider's program. Replying START re-enrolls you. Opt-outs are honored automatically and immediately across the platform.
Program A · Help (HELP)
Reply HELP to any message for assistance — you'll receive the Provider's business name and phone number, plus program support contact information. You can also contact the Provider directly at the phone number on your order or invoice, or HaulCommand program support at sms-support@haulcommand.ai.
Program B · HaulCommand sign-in verification codes (toll-free)
This program is one-time passcodes for signing in to HaulCommand, and nothing else. It is operated by AI Service Technologies, LLC directly — not on a Provider's behalf — and messages are sent from HaulCommand's toll-free number, not from a Provider's 10DLC number.
Program B · Opt-in
You opt in on the HaulCommand sign-in screen (web and mobile app) by entering your own mobile number and tapping “Send my sign-in code”. The screen displays this consent below that button, as the sign-in card’s legal footer: “By signing in you agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy, and to receive a one-time passcode by SMS each time you sign in. Message frequency varies by your sign-ins. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Operational texts about your jobs are not marketing messages.” That closing sentence refers to the Program A service notifications described above; Program B itself sends nothing but verification codes. Entering your number and requesting a code is the opt-in; no code is ever sent unless you request one.
Program B · Message frequency
One message per sign-in request. Frequency varies only with how often you choose to sign in — there is no schedule, no campaign and no marketing in this program. A sample message: “123456 is your HaulCommand verification code.”
Program B · Opt-out (STOP) and Help (HELP)
Reply STOP to any verification message to stop receiving them; note that opting out of this program means you can no longer use SMS to sign in and will need to use email instead. Replying START re-enables it. Reply HELP, or contact sms-support@haulcommand.ai, for assistance. Opting out of Program B does not opt you out of Program A, and the reverse is also true — they are separate programs on separate numbers.
Quiet hours & conduct
These apply to both programs, except that a verification code you requested is sent immediately whatever the hour, because you asked for it. Standard Program A messages are sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, except time-critical operational notices (e.g., driver-arrival alerts for a delivery you scheduled). Both programs comply with the TCPA and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
Privacy
Applies to both programs. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above and is handled per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
