Privacy Policy
This policy describes how AI Service Technologies, LLC ("HaulCommand," "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use haulcommand.ai, app.haulcommand.ai, our mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Services"). HaulCommand is business software: most data in the Services is entered by, and belongs to, the hauling or field-service company that invited you (the "Customer Organization").
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, role, and credentials for each user a Customer Organization provisions.
- Operational data — jobs, tickets, sites, assets, invoices, messages, photos and video captured in the app, and documents your organization stores in the Services.
- Driver location and motion data — GPS position, speed, heading, and motion state, collected only while a driver is clocked in to a shift. Tracking stops at clock-out. Punch events are geotagged for time-card verification.
- Device and usage data — device type, OS version, app version, log data, and feature usage, used for security and product improvement.
- Communications — SMS and email sent through the platform (including delivery status), and support conversations with us.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate the Services (dispatching, routing, time tracking, invoicing, messaging), to secure accounts and prevent abuse, to provide support, to improve the product, and to meet legal obligations. Location data is used for route ETAs, punch verification, geofence-driven automations configured by your organization, and the fleet replay feature (retained 90 days by default, configurable by the Customer Organization).
3. How we share information
- With your Customer Organization — admins and dispatchers see operational data, including on-shift location, per the roles they assign.
- Service providers — hosting, SMS delivery, payment processing (Stripe), and accounting sync (e.g., QuickBooks) under contracts limiting their use of data.
- AI tools — if a Customer Organization enables MCP/AI access, permitted tools may read operational data under that organization's policy. Financial actions require in-app human approval per call. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Organization data to train third-party AI models.
- Legal — when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Mobile information — mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are used only to deliver the messages described in our SMS Program Disclosure. Mobile information is shared with our SMS delivery provider solely to transmit those messages, and with no one else.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third party.
4. Retention
Operational records are retained while the Customer Organization's account is active and per its configured policies (e.g., 90-day telemetry replay). Suspension for nonpayment never deletes data. Organizations may export their data at any time; upon termination we delete or return Customer Organization data within 90 days, except as required by law.
5. Your choices
Drivers are shown what is collected and when during onboarding, and must grant OS-level permissions themselves. SMS recipients can reply STOP at any time (see our SMS Program Disclosure). Account questions or access/deletion requests: start with your organization's admin, or contact us at privacy@haulcommand.ai.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging of administrative actions, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected organizations of incidents as required by law.
7. Children
The Services are for business use and not directed to anyone under 16.
